Duties
- Manage incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, utilizing excellent phone etiquette to direct inquiries appropriately
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and office supplies to ensure easy access and optimal workflow
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
Qualifications
- Proven office experience demonstrating strong organizational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel),
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Motor trade / vehicle repairs experience
- Knowledge of Autoflow is preferred but not essential
- Excellent phone etiquette with clear communication abilities
- Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones is advantageous
