As a Business Support Administrator your duties will include:
- Dealing with incoming post
- Data inputting onto spread sheets
- Processing of invoices
- Producing reports
- Monitoring generic email inbox
- Processing time sheets
The skills you will need to demonstrate for this role are:
- Good use of computer packages particularly Microsoft Excel
- Using your own initiative
- Good communication skills
- Have the confidence to communicate with people across the organisation and external customers
