Broadway Kitchens is looking for a highly experienced and professional Kitchen Fitter to join our team.

The Role
As a Kitchen Fitter at Broadway Kitchens, you will be responsible for installing Bespoke kitchens to a high standard, from initial preparation through to final finishing. You will be working on a variety of projects and will need to have the experience and confidence to work independently on site.
Key Responsibilities
- Install kitchens accurately and to an exceptional standard.
- Fit kitchen units, doors, drawers, worktops, panels and accessories.
- Carry out scribing, cutting and detailed finishing work.
- Work from kitchen plans and installation drawings.
- Ensure kitchens are level, square and properly aligned.
- Liaise professionally with customers and other trades on site.
- Identify and resolve installation issues efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and professional working environment.
- Complete projects within agreed timescales while maintaining excellent workmanship.
About You
We're looking for a fitter with extensive kitchen installation experience who takes real pride in their work.
You should be:
- Highly experienced in kitchen fitting and installation.
- Extremely precise with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident working independently and solving problems on site.
- Experienced with bespoke and high-end kitchens.
- Skilled in scribing, cutting and finishing.
- Reliable, punctual and professional with customers.
- Able to work efficiently without compromising quality.
- Well presented and able to represent Broadway Kitchens professionally.
- Ideally, you will have your own tools and transport.
- A full UK driving licence is required.
