We're looking for an enthusiastic Client Liaison Officer & Events Coordinator to join our friendly and supportive team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service, and has a passion for planning memorable events from concept to completion.
No two days are the same in this role. You'll be at the heart of our events, working closely with prospective clients, venues and colleagues to ensure every event is professionally organised and delivered to the highest standard.
What You'll Be Doing
As our Client Liaison officer & Events Coordinator, you'll play a key role in delivering successful events while handling prospective clients throughout their journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and coordinating events from initial concept through to successful delivery.
- Developing creative ideas to make each event engaging and memorable.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, venues and event partners.
- Managing guest attendance and supporting prospective clients throughout the booking process.
- Coordinating venues, catering, and event logistics.
- You will need an exceptional telephone manner and be comfortable talking to a variety of different people.
- Managing multiple events simultaneously while ensuring every detail is carefully planned.
- Monitoring event budgets in liaison with the Office Manager.
- Organising audio-visual requirements, virtual event logistics and courier services where required.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our CRM system.
- Welcoming visitors to the office and providing a professional first impression of the business.
- Providing administrative support to the Chairman and helping ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office.

- Confident using Microsoft Office, other related software and CRM systems.
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive team while also being able to work independently.
What You'll Bring
Essential
- Previous experience in customer service and/or events coordination role.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- GCSE-level education or equivalent experience.
Desirable
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Knowledge of virtual event platforms.
- A passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
