Role Overview
Following the launch of our German branch, we're looking for an enthusiastic German-speaking Sales Executive to join our growing team in South Wales. This is a B2B sales role covering lead generation, multi-channel communication, CRM management, and hitting monthly sales targets — all while delivering excellent customer service.
What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls to CRM leads, identifying customer needs and creating sales opportunities
- Respond promptly to inbound enquiries via web, phone, email and chat
- Prepare and send quotes in a timely manner
- Build lasting relationships through regular follow-up with new and existing customers
- Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed targets
What you'll bring:
- Confident phone and email communicator
- Strong multitasker under pressure
- Computer literate; sales experience preferred
- Fluent German (verbal and written) — essential
