The Role: Product Development & Training Solutions Executive
Location: Shoreditch, London
Hours: Full-time
Hybrid Working: This is a hybrid role, with three days a week based in our Shoreditch office (Tuesday to Thursday) and two days working from home (Monday and Friday). As the role involves regular video calls with clients, speakers, and colleagues, you'll need a suitable home working environment.
The Role
This role is a real blend of product development, client relationships and business development. One day you might be researching ideas for a new course or speaking with a potential trainer, the next you could be meeting with a client to understand their training needs or putting together a proposal for a bespoke in-house programme.
We're looking for someone who enjoys variety, likes building relationships and is interested in helping us develop and grow our training portfolio.
What You'll Be Doing
Your responsibilities will include:
- Researching ideas for new training courses and identifying opportunities in the market
- Working with our existing speakers to keep courses up to date and relevant
- Researching, approaching and vetting new speakers to join our portfolio
- Building relationships with both existing and prospective clients
- Meeting with organisations to understand their training needs and recommending suitable training solutions
- Preparing proposals and costings for bespoke in-house training
- Working closely with clients and speakers to develop tailored training programmes
- Managing projects from initial enquiry through to delivery, keeping both clients and speakers updated throughout
- Supporting business development activities and following up new opportunities
- Working with colleagues on marketing initiatives and email campaigns
- Maintaining accurate records on our CRM systems

Desirable (but not essential)
- Knowledge or understanding of the life sciences or pharmaceutical sector would be an advantage, as this role will support that area of the business, but it certainly isn't essential.
Pay: £30,000.00-£34,500.00 per year
