Sterling Personnel are currently working alongside a well-established and family ran waste company based in Derbyshire (DE7).
Job Role: Yard / Recycling Operative
Location: Ilkeston, DE7
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7am - 5pm (must be flexible!)
Salary: £12.71
Responsibilities:
- Sort and separate recyclable materials from non-recyclable waste
- Operate machinery and equipment used in the recycling process
- Loading and unloading of HGV's
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines
Skills:
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks
- Attention to detail and ability to identify different types of materials
- Basic knowledge of recycling processes and procedures
- Good communication skills to work effectively with team members
