We are seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team at The Chester Moor. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record in supervisory roles within the hospitality environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily operations, supervise staff, and contribute to the overall success of our pub.
Duties include;
- Supervise and motivate team members promoting a positive working environment and teamwork
- Ensure high standards are consistently maintained across all areas
- Opening and closing the premises, including cash handling and end of day procedures
- Handle customer queries, complaints and escalations with professionalism
- Ability to stay calm under pressure, especially during peak times
