Training and Development

Measurement and analysis of products during production.

Investigating quality issues within production and warehousing and issues raised by customers.

Auditing of management systems, product quality, safety, environment, and energy.

Investigating accidents, near misses and hazards.

Developing Standard Operation Procedures for Quality related tasks.

Developing and communicating Quality Alerts where issues have been identified.
-
Understanding ISO management systems.
-
NVQ training in Business Improvement Techniques, Quality, Health and Safety and Environment.
Key Performance Measures

Completion of 3 year development plan.
