Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food and Beverage Duty Manager to cover maternity leave, ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage outlets. Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the food and beverage team to ensure efficient service delivery across all outlets.
- Oversee all aspects of food and beverage food service.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all areas.
- Manage daily operations, including inventory control, stock rotation, and ordering supplies as needed.
- Support staff training and development, fostering a positive team environment focused on teamwork and high performance.
- Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate culinary activities, ensuring timely delivery of dishes that meet quality expectations.
- Maintain accurate records of operational activities, incidents, and staff schedules to ensure smooth workflow during your shift.
Requirements
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting, ideally with team management responsibilities.
- Strong background in food serving, and food safety practices.
- Extensive restaurant experience with knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations.
- Previous experience in hospitality roles such as barista or food service is highly desirable.
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with guests and staff alike.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production environments.
- Experience working in hotel or large-scale hospitality settings is advantageous.
