Logistics Administrator / Office Assistant (Full-Time)
A well-established company specialising in the wholesale distribution of flour and baking ingredients is seeking a Logistics Administrator / Office Assistant to join our team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Communicating with customers regarding enquiries, order status, and delivery schedules
- Maintaining and updating customer records and databases
- Preparing and issuing invoices
- Preparing delivery documentation and related paperwork
- Liaising with external suppliers regarding deliveries and stock movements
- Providing cover for departmental colleagues during periods of absence
- General office administration, record keeping, and filing
- Credit control and monitoring customer accounts
Requirements
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Previous experience in logistics administration, office administration, or a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Experience with SAP Warehouse Management Systems would be an advantage, but is not essential
- Polish language required
