Breakfast Supervisor
Location: Hotel
Hours: Full-time
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and hands-on Breakfast Supervisor to join our team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous hospitality experience who enjoys leading a team and delivering outstanding guest service.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 2:30pm
- Saturday & Sunday: 7:00am – 2:30pm
- Weekend availability is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day operation of the breakfast service.
- Lead, motivate, and support the breakfast team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
- Ensure breakfast is prepared, presented, and replenished to the highest standards.
- Carry out Duty Manager shifts as required, taking responsibility for the hotel operation during your shift.
- Ensure all brand standards and operational procedures are consistently followed.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, food hygiene, and presentation throughout the breakfast area.
- Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and Food Safety legislation.
- Manage stock levels and minimise waste.
- Handle guest enquiries and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently.
- Assist with training and developing team members.
What We're Looking For
- Previous supervisory experience within a hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and Health & Safety requirements.
- Flexibility to work weekends and Duty Manager shifts.
- A positive, proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
