Hours: Friday (10:30am - 9pm) Saturday (9am - 7pm).

Who We Are
We’re a small, friendly, family-run business in rural West Dorset. Pineapple Estate includes a shop, campsite, self-storage, a business park, and a farm. Our team of five work closely together, and we all pitch in where needed to keep things running smoothly. It’s a relaxed but busy place, and we take pride in making it a great experience for customers and holiday guests.
The Role
We’re looking for a confident and friendly person to join our shop & campsite team. You’ll need to be happy working on your own, making decisions, and solving problems as they come up. If you love variety, enjoy meeting people, and don’t mind rolling up your sleeves, this could be the perfect fit!
This role is all about independence and responsibility. You’ll often be working alone, so you need to be confident, reliable, and able to handle whatever comes your way.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving customers in the shop.
- Welcoming campsite guests & answering their queries.
- Taking campsite bookings over the phone and online.
- Preparing paninis.
- Making coffee in the shop.
- Cleaning the shop, campsite toilet & shower block.
- Delivering fire wood to guests
- Helping self-storage and business park customers when needed.
What We’re Looking For
✔ A people person – friendly, approachable, and great at customer service.
✔ Confident working alone and solving problems independently.
✔ Comfortable using computers (we’ll provide training on our till and booking systems).
✔ Happy to get stuck in with different tasks
✔ Must be 18+ (due to alcohol licensing).
