Duties
- Lead and supervise maintenance activities across electrical, mechanical, and structural systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), schematics, electrical circuits, and mechanical components.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
- Conduct inspections of machinery and infrastructure, including welding repairs when necessary, to uphold safety standards.
- Read and interpret technical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system manuals to facilitate accurate repairs and upgrades.
- Oversee installation projects, ensuring adherence to engineering specifications and safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, system performance logs, incident reports, and compliance documentation.
- Provide leadership in emergency situations by coordinating repairs swiftly while maintaining customer service focus with internal teams.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in site or industrial maintenance with strong electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Hands-on experience working with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and reading schematics.
- Skilled in welding techniques and mechanical repairs essential for infrastructure upkeep.
- Solid understanding of electrical systems, circuit diagrams, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with supervisory or leadership experience.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear reporting and team coordination.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to prioritize safety while maintaining operational efficiency.
- Prior experience supervising maintenance staff or projects is highly desirable.

Pay: £28,265.07-£47,000.00 per year
