Key Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients before and during service to support smooth operations.
- Operate the till, process cash and card payments, and answer telephone orders.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to a consistent, high standard.
- Maintain excellent food hygiene, cleanliness, and general housekeeping.
- Support stock management by monitoring supplies and reporting shortages.
- Handle customer queries or complaints professionally and pass feedback to managers.
- Follow company policies on appearance, hygiene, and uniform.
- Work safely and responsibly, complying with all food hygiene, health & safety, and operational procedures.
Role Expectations
- Availability to work evenings and weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday.
- Deliver outstanding customer service when greeting customers and answering calls.
- Provide product knowledge, recommendations, and guidance on menu items.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, including dishwashing, workstation cleaning, and floor care.
- Be accurate and vigilant when handling payments, including awareness of fraudulent transactions.
- Work as part of a team in a busy takeaway environment, supporting colleagues during peak times.
- Follow established guidelines, processes, and training to ensure consistent quality and safety.

Pay: £10.85-£12.71 per hour
