Due to the continued success and growth of our England and Wales Conveyancing department, we are looking to recruit experienced Conveyancers to our team in Marple, Stockport. Previous experience in conveyancing, with a proven successful track record of dealing with files from opening to post-completion is essential.
Your Conveyancer is a successful and forward-thinking provider of conveyancing services throughout Scotland, England and Wales. The advertised role will be within the England and Wales team and will require attendance at our office in Marple, near Stockport.
The starting salary for this role will be dependent on previous experience and skill set.

As a Conveyancer you will generate income for the company by undertaking the conveyancing process on behalf of our clients. You will be responsible for supporting the Conveyancing Team, undergoing training and handle a caseload with administrative support.
Your main responsibilities and duties will include:
- the competent and independent management of own files, including sales, purchases, equity release and new builds;
- dealing with enquiries;
- reporting on Title;
- liaising with clients, estate agents, referrers and other solicitors, providing clear and timely updates, and assisting with queries;
- complying with rules and regulations;
- prioritising tasks and working to deadlines;
- competent use of the electronic cased management system;
- complying with requirements for CPD;
- carrying out tasks allocated by the Conveyancing Manager or by another member of the Management Team; and
- diligently and efficiently carrying out tasks relating to the role, in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures as published on PeopleHR.
