Summary
'Site Movement Coordinator' is a vital role based in Foxton, responsible for managing vehicle logistics and supply chain operations to ensure seamless vehicle movement and customer satisfaction. Join us in driving excellence in automotive retail.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To be aware of any health and safety issues within the department and report any issues to the Department Manager as soon as they occur.
- To communicate details of any requirements to any third party in a clear, concise, professional manner.
- To communicate with all departments as and when necessary to ensure workflow.
- To move vehicles as instructed by Prep centre managers.
- To drive a vehicle to external locations as and when required.
- To ensure work areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- To move vehicles in a safe and sensible manner
- To ensure the effective use of any equipment.
- To carry out a daily stock check
- Assist in the valet department when necessary
The ideal candidate will possess the following abilities:
- Full Driving Licence (essential)
- Great driving and parking abilities
- Great time keeping and communication skills
- Flexibility and reliability
- An enthusiastic attitude
- Be able to work quickly and efficiently
- Be able to work well under pressure whilst meeting deadlines
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
- 40 hours per week (days to be discussed)
- 8am - 5.30pm
- 28 days holiday
