What you’ll do…
- Assist managers with any help in the overall Hotel operations, ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided
- Manage the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby
- Assists in the tracking and resolution of service issues
- Be the point of contact for all guest related questions and challenges
- Collaborate in night audit reports and system updates ready for the day team
