Whitby Holiday Park is a family owned Holiday Park located on the scenic coastline of North Yorkshire, perched on a cliff top with magnificent views of the North Yorkshire Coast. Set amidst peaceful footpaths, golden beaches and beautiful countryside, we have a wide selection of high quality holiday homes, glamping pods and touring/motorhome pitches.
We are currently looking for an experienced Customer Services Assistant with a focus on maintenance, to join our team.
Our Maintenance roles play a key parting in ensuring our park facilities and accommodations are presented to the highest standard and that our service levels are of an equally high standard for effectiveness, safety and cleanliness.
The role will be varied and will encompass maintenance tasks, which will include siting and connection of new holiday homes, hot tub maintenance and ad hoc repairs, to name a few, along with supporting the landscaping tasks, such as garden maintenance and planting.
To be successful in the role you will have experience in a similar role or relevant transferable experience. Experience of siting and connection of new holiday homes is required, but don’t worry if you haven’t come across everything else in your previous roles, we will work with you to develop your skills, where possible.
To fulfil the role, you will need to operate machinery, such as a driving a tractor, ride on lawnmower and driving the park motor vehicle. You must be confident with driving skills and awareness and must have a full driving licence.
You will have experience of working in a customer focused environment and have excellent communication skills, along with good attention to detail and the ability to organise tasks effectively, working in accordance with Health and Safety regulations at all time.
We operate a 7 day rota system across the Park and your hours of work will be set in line with our rota, which will include weekend working.
