Kalstone Legal is launching in Q4 2026 – a new kind of commercial debt recovery firm combining cutting-edge legal tech with an entrepreneurial, high performing team.
We’re looking for a Paralegal who wants more than just another caseload — someone who wants to take ownership, help to shape processes, and be part of a firm built for growth from day one.
The Role
- Manage contentious commercial debt recovery matters end-to-end
- Draft legal documents, manage court filings and hearings and ensure compliance with the Civil Procedure Rules and practice directions
- Liaise with defendants and their representatives through all communication channels to support mediation activity and negotiation settlements
- Help shape how we deliver legal services using our bespoke tech
About you
- Experience in debt recovery or civil litigation
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a paralegal (or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of civil procedure and court processes
- Commercially minded, organised, and confident dealing with defendants
- Keen to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment

Pay: £28,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
