Job Title: Activities Assistant/Leaders to join our growing Ealing team in September 2026.
Location: Ealing, London (UB5)
Job type:
- Part-time, Permanent, Monday – Friday during term time. Starting in September 2026
- Breakfast Club – 7.30am – 9.00am (1hr 30min)
and / or
- Afterschool Club – 2.30pm – 6.00pm (3hrs 30mins)
(Timings may differ slightly)
Pay: £12.75 – £14.00 per hour (dependant on experience and qualifications)

Magna Groups, an Ofsted-registered provider of Breakfast, Afterschool, and Holiday Clubs, is looking for enthusiastic Activities Assistants / Play Workers to support children aged 5–11 in a fun, safe, and engaging environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and deliver fun, age-appropriate activities
- Create a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, and physical development
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Maintain a clean and safe play space
About You
- Experience working with children in a play, childcare, or educational setting
- Passionate, reliable, and engaging
- Good communication skills
- Understanding of safeguarding and child protection
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Qualification in Play work or Childcare (Level 2 or 3)
- Paediatric First Aid
