Telesales Operative (Part-Time)
Location: Burton upon Trent
Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week) Monday - Friday, office based.
Salary: £14,000 per annum + bonuses

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a confident and motivated Telesales Operative to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident on the phone, target-driven, and motivated by bonuses. You will be engaging with business owners, promoting our services, and booking qualified appointments for our field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making outbound telesales calls to new and existing customers
- Promoting company products and services
- Generating leads and booking appointments
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Accurately updating customer records and call notes
- Working towards individual and team sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous telesales or sales experience (essential)
- Confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong communication skills
- Target-driven with a positive, resilient attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
