Overview:
This role involves meeting our clients in a face-to-face location and complete a guided Mid-Retirement Review over a number of sessions, exploring a wide range of later life themes, reflect on their goals and aspirations, services and products that could provide support.
You will navigate them to local solutions in their community. You’ll be able to analyse and explain complex information and guide the client at their pace, so they feel in control. You will build relationships and check in periodically to ensure they are on course with their plan.
You will bring experience in a regulated or accredited field of practice, such as pensions, retirement planning, budgeting and personal finance planning, mortgages or wealth management.
You’ll have an understanding of life events that impact in later life, such as bereavement, adult social care, housing aids and adaptations and physical and mental health.
Experience of working with older people is an advantage, but not essential.
