You'll bring:
- Assistant Restaurant Management/Supervisor experience in a busy hospitality or QSR environment
- Strong leadership and the confidence to lead by example
- Commercial awareness across sales, labour and stock
- A passion for coaching teams and delivering outstanding service
- The ability to stay calm, organised and focused under pressure
You'll be responsible for:
- Running the restaurant day to day alongside the General Manager
- Leading, motivating and developing your team
- Driving sales, service and operational performance
- Managing rotas, stock and costs
- Maintaining high standards of food safety, compliance and guest experience
