The Role
As a Barista at Revival, you’ll play a key role in delivering the quality and consistency that our customers know and love.
You’ll prepare a wide range of drinks including speciality coffee, matcha, superfood lattes, smoothies, and wellness beverages, while helping create the welcoming atmosphere that keeps customers coming back.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy café environment, enjoys working as part of a team, and takes genuine pride in producing exceptional drinks and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve speciality coffee, matcha drinks, superfood lattes, smoothies, and wellness beverages to a consistently high standard
- Produce quality latte art and maintain drink presentation standards
- Maintain consistency, speed, and attention to detail during busy service periods
- Operate espresso machines and grinders confidently and efficiently
- Deliver warm, friendly, and professional customer service
- Support customers with menu recommendations and product knowledge
- Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked coffee bar
- Assist with daily preparation and service readiness
- Work closely with kitchen, floor, and management teams to ensure smooth service
- Uphold Revival’s standards for quality, cleanliness, and hospitality
What We’re Looking For
- Previous barista experience is essential
- Experience within speciality coffee or quality-focused independent cafés is highly desirable
- Confidence using commercial espresso machines and grinders
- Ability to consistently produce quality coffee and latte art
- Comfortable preparing multiple drink styles during busy periods
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Positive, reliable, and hardworking attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for hospitality and customer experience
- Availability to work mornings and weekends
