Commercial Insurance Account Executive (Inbound Enquiries)

Polaris Insurance is a growing commercial insurance brokerage based in Loudwater, High Wycombe.
We generate a large volume of inbound enquiries from UK businesses requesting insurance quotations through our website and marketing channels. We are looking for a Commercial Insurance Account Executive to handle these enquiries and convert them into long-term clients.
Unlike many traditional broker roles, you will not be expected to prospect for new business. Your role is to engage with businesses that have already approached Polaris for insurance.

What You Will Be Doing
- Responding to inbound insurance enquiries from UK businesses
- Speaking with business owners to understand their insurance needs
- Gathering underwriting information and preparing quotations
- Presenting suitable insurance options and advising clients on cover
- Following up prospects and progressing opportunities through the pipeline
- Working with insurers and underwriters to place risks
- Maintaining accurate records within our CRM system
Ideal Experience
- Experience within insurance, brokerage, financial services, or a client-facing sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence speaking with business owners and decision makers
- Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries at once
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and digital processes
This role may suit someone currently working as an Insurance Advisor, Account Handler, Broker, Insurance Consultant, or Sales Executive looking to move into a client-facing Account Executive role.

Location
This role is based at our office in Loudwater, High Wycombe and requires full-time on-site attendance.
