What You’ll Do
As a Senior Geotechnical Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering technical excellence across a range of geotechnical projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Field Data Collection & Analysis : Gather and interpret geotechnical field data, including mapping, testing, and inspections.
- Design & Development : Support the development of geotechnical designs and feasibility studies.
- Project Coordination : Align field requirements with short-term plans, mine development, and environmental protection.
- Technical Reporting : Prepare detailed geotechnical reports and contribute to reservoir characterization and simulation.
- Innovation & Knowledge Sharing : Lead internal knowledge-sharing initiatives and contribute to technical developments.
- Client Engagement : Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
What You Bring
We’re looking for someone with:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Geotechnical Engineering or a related field.
- 6–10 years of relevant experience, including supervision of junior colleagues.
- Advanced skills in geotechnical analysis , geophysical and geochemical interpretation , and data management .
- Proven ability to manage complex projects , troubleshoot technical issues, and deliver innovative engineering solutions.
- Strong competencies in collaboration , decision-making , planning , and technical leadership .
