About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic, and hands-on Breakfast Team Leader to oversee our morning food & beverage operation.
This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient breakfast service, maintaining high standards, and supporting the front-of-house team.
You’ll be leading by example—creating a welcoming environment for guests while ensuring service runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the breakfast service team
- Ensure guests receive a warm, friendly, and professional welcome
- Coordinate service to maintain efficiency and high standards
- Set up and close down the breakfast operation
- Liaise with the kitchen team to ensure smooth food service
- Handle guest queries and resolve any issues promptly
- Train and support team members, driving performance and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness, presentation, and compliance with health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a hospitality supervisory or team leader role
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work early mornings (typically starting from 6:00am)
- A proactive, hands-on approach with great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy service environment
- Flexible and reliable, including weekend availability
