At Haier Europe, home to Candy, Hoover and Haier, we're looking for a Head of Order to Delivery to lead our UK & Ireland order-to-delivery function. Leading and developing the Order to Delivery team.
Working collaboratively with Supply Chain, Demand Planning, Commercial and Finance teams.
Driving improvements in customer experience, operational performance and efficiency.
Supporting digitalisation, systems enhancements and SAP developments.
Using data and insight to identify opportunities and inform decision-making.
Creating an inclusive environment where people can grow, contribute and succeed.
Experience leading teams within Order to Delivery, Customer Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics or Order Management.
A collaborative leadership approach and a passion for developing others.
Experience improving processes, performance and customer outcomes.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
ERP experience, ideally SAP.
A data-driven approach and the ability to turn insight into action.
