We’re a leading provider of high-quality construction industry training, working with major awarding bodies including CITB, NOCN/CPCS, NPORS and more. This is your opportunity to become a valued member of a close-knit team where your contribution is recognised and your ideas matter.
You’ll play a vital role in keeping our training operations running smoothly — from candidate registration through to certification. You’ll be the essential link between our instructors, candidates, and awarding bodies.
Responsibilities
- Managing candidate registrations across multiple awarding body portals, ensuring full compliance with scheme regulations
- Gathering and processing candidate information while maintaining data protection standards
- Coordinating course bookings, issuing joining instructions, and distributing revision materials
- Running reports to identify training requirements and following up on attendance
- Preparing invoices and processing booking forms for external clients
- Handling cards, certificates, and candidate results
- Invigilating Pearson Vue computer-based tests
- Providing first-class communication via phone and email with candidates, companies, and contractors
- Preparing and processing instructor paperwork
- Providing reception cover as required
Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicator — both written and verbal
- IT literate with the ability to navigate multiple online portals and systems
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A team player who thrives in a small, collaborative environment
- Customer-focused with a professional and helpful manner
- Previous administrative experience (training sector experience is advantageous but not essential)

Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
