Job Summary
Green Rhino is a growing manufacturer of environmental protection products, supplying customers throughout the UK and internationally.
We are looking for a motivated and practical Warehouse Operative to join our operations team. This is a varied hands-on role involving manufacturing, cutting materials, operating production equipment, managing stock movements, preparing customer orders, and supporting our day-to-day warehouse and production activities.
The successful candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have strong attention to detail, and be comfortable using both machinery and computer-based systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate cutting equipment including manual cutting tables and automated cutting machinery.
- Set up, operate and maintain wide-format printers.
- Assemble and manufacture company products to required quality standards.
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders for despatch.
- Receive, inspect and store incoming deliveries.
- Assist with stock control and stock counting activities.
- Maintain accurate production and stock records using Microsoft 365 applications.
- Follow production schedules and work instructions to meet customer deadlines.
- Carry out routine equipment checks and report faults or maintenance requirements.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment.
- Follow all company quality, health and safety procedures.
- Support colleagues across warehouse, production and operations functions as required.
Skills & Experience
Essential
- Good practical and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organisational skills.
- Physically capable of carrying out manual handling activities.
Desirable
- Experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment.
- Experience operating machinery or production equipment.
- Experience using Microsoft 365 applications.
- Forklift Truck licence.
- Experience using Zünd cutters.
- Experience using wide format printers.

07:30 – 16:00, Monday to Friday
