Job Description
TOM Digital Technologies Ltd is seeking an organised and service-oriented IT Service Coordinator to oversee the coordination of IT support activities and ensure the smooth delivery of technology services across the organisation. You will act as the operational link between end users, technical teams, and third-party providers, helping to maintain high service standards, improve response times, and ensure technology issues are managed efficiently from initial request through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the daily flow of IT service requests, incidents, and change activities to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor service queues and prioritise workloads in accordance with agreed service level commitments.
- Liaise with infrastructure, application, and support teams to facilitate effective issue resolution.
- Track recurring service issues, identify trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate service records, documentation, and operational reports within the IT service management platform.
- Assist with technology rollouts, system upgrades, user onboarding, and scheduled maintenance activities.
- Communicate service updates and planned maintenance schedules to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT service coordination, service desk operations, technical support, or IT administration.
- Good understanding of IT service management principles, incident management, and change control processes.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cloud-based services, and enterprise IT environments.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- ITIL Foundation or other relevant IT service management certifications are advantageous.

Pay: £3,800.00-£4,800.00 per month
