£26,500 – £29,000 + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses
About the Role

Beauty Triangle International Ltd is looking for a hungry, ambitious Sales & Customer Service Executive to drive revenue, build strong client relationships, and actively grow our customer base.
This is not just a customer service role, it’s a sales-focused position where your performance directly impacts your earnings.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Proactively generate new business opportunities through leads, social media, and networking
- Convert enquiries into sales through confident, persuasive communication
- Upsell and cross-sell to maximise order value and revenue
- Build long-term client relationships to drive repeat and high-value business
- Identify gaps in sales performance and work with marketing to boost revenue
- Deliver compelling, tailored sales pitches that close deals
- Manage your sales pipeline and track performance through CRM systems
- Handle orders efficiently while spotting opportunities to increase spend
- Represent the business at exhibitions and events to generate leads and sales
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the beauty industry (skincare, waxing etc.)
- A strong sales mindset with a track record (or clear drive) to hit targets
- Confident communicator who can influence and close
- Competitive, motivated, and results-focused
- Highly organised with strong time management
- Comfortable working towards KPIs and revenue goals
- CRM and Microsoft Office experience preferred
