Key Responsibilities
- Lead professional service delivery across key client accounts
- Develop and implement operational and service strategies
- Establish service standards, KPIs, and performance objectives
- Manage relationships with key clients and business partners
- Oversee managers and multidisciplinary service teams
- Monitor budgets, resources, workloads, and service capacity
- Review operational and financial performance
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality
- Support client onboarding and major service implementations
- Lead resolution of significant client or operational issues
- Prepare performance reports and recommendations for company leadership
- Coordinate with finance, commercial, administrative, and operational teams
- Support business development and client-retention activities
- Review service agreements and operational requirements
- Lead workforce planning and resource allocation
- Recruit, coach, and develop managers and professional staff
- Maintain appropriate risk, compliance, and information-handling procedures
- Support continuous improvement across business processes
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Seven or more years of experience in professional services, business operations, consulting, client services, or a related environment
- Proven experience managing teams, budgets, and service-delivery activities
- Strong background in client relationship management
- Experience monitoring operational and financial performance
- Previous responsibility for strategic planning and process improvement
- Experience managing complex projects or service implementations is beneficial

Pay: £82,000.00-£102,000.00 per year
