Responsibilities
- Decorate cakes and pastries to meet customer specifications and aesthetic standards.
- Prepare various food items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Package finished products for sale while ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist in food production tasks including baking, cooking, and catering services.
- Utilize knife skills effectively for food preparation tasks.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Preferred Requirements:
- Proven experience in the food industry, particularly in baking or pastry roles.
- Strong cake decorating skills with an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Experience in packaging and presenting food items attractively.
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred, including culinary training or restaurant experience.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
