## About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Vending & Coffee Machine Engineer to join our growing team.
This role is suitable for both experienced engineers and individuals looking to start a career within the industry. Full training will be provided, with opportunities to expand your skills across multiple disciplines, including vending equipment, bean-to-cup coffee machines, traditional espresso equipment, water systems, payment systems, refrigeration, and associated technologies.

## Key Responsibilities
- Service, maintain and repair vending machines, coffee machines and related equipment.
- Install new equipment at customer premises.
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical and software faults.
- Carry out preventative maintenance and machine health checks.
- Configure cashless payment systems and telemetry devices.
- Complete service reports and job records accurately.
- Maintain van stock and ensure tools and equipment are kept in good condition.
- Provide a professional and customer-focused service at all times.
- Liaise with the technical support team regarding parts and technical issues.
- Follow company procedures and health & safety requirements.
## What We're Looking For
### Essential
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Strong problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, organised and self-motivated.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
- Willingness to learn and undertake ongoing training.
### Desirable
- Previous experience working on vending machines.
- Previous experience working on coffee machines.
- Electrical, mechanical or engineering experience.
- Experience in fault finding and equipment maintenance.
- Experience working in a field service environment.
