Part-Time Retail Account Manager (2 Days per Week)
Location: Edinburgh, Lothians & Borders (travel required)
Hours: 2 days per week
Transport: Company vehicle provided during working hours
We are a well-established family bakery looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Retail Account Manager to help continue to grow our presence with our retail partners and other major customers.
This is a varied, hands-on role that would suit someone who enjoys building relationships, visiting stores, and making a real impact on sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit our key retail customers on a regular basis.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and colleagues.
- Ensure our products are well presented, fully stocked, and merchandised to maximise sales.
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve product visibility.
- Provide product knowledge and merchandising training to store teams where required.
- Monitor availability, presentation, and promotional activity.
- Work closely with our internal team to feedback customer insights and opportunities.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Is confident building relationships with customers.
- Has experience in retail, merchandising, field sales, or account management.
- Is organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Has a full UK driving licence.
- Has a passion for delivering great customer service and growing sales.
