We are looking for experienced Beauty, Makeup & Fragrance Consultants to join our team, working across premium and luxury retail environments in Bicester.
This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced beauty professionals who enjoy working with customers, driving sales and representing premium brands.
The Role
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create memorable client experiences
- Provide expert advice across beauty, makeup, skincare and fragrance
- Confidently recommend products based on individual customer needs
- Drive sales through engaging and consultative selling
- Share product knowledge and bring products to life through storytelling
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business
- Maintain excellent standards of presentation and visual merchandising
- Support the wider team to achieve sales and commercial targets
- Represent premium brands with confidence and professionalism
About You
We are looking for candidates with:
- Previous experience within beauty, makeup, fragrance or luxury retail
- Strong product knowledge and genuine passion for the beauty industry
- A confident and engaging personality
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- A natural ability to build rapport and connect with customers
- A sales-focused and commercial approach
- Professional presentation and a polished manner
- Reliability and flexibility
- The ability to work confidently in a fast-paced retail environment
