FindCore are thrilled to be assisting a leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy with the recruitment of a Project Manager.
Permanent position. This role will be based in London.
Salary

Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction and property projects from feasibility through to completion and handover
- Act as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong working relationships
- Develop and monitor project programmes, budgets and delivery strategies
- Coordinate consultants, contractors, design teams and wider stakeholders
- Monitor project performance, risks, opportunities and mitigation measures
- Produce programme, financial and risk reports for clients and Directors
- Chair project meetings and ensure agreed actions are completed
- Support procurement, contract administration and project governance
- Monitor quality, costs, change control and key financial milestones
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with client expectations
Skills & Experience Requirements
- Experience delivering construction or property projects within a consultancy or client-side environment
- Relevant degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Architecture, Building Surveying or a related discipline
- Strong understanding of construction delivery, procurement routes and contract administration
- Excellent project planning, organisation and stakeholder-management skills
- Commercial awareness with experience monitoring project costs and budgets
- Confident managing multiple projects and competing priorities
- Proactive, solutions-focused approach with strong problem-solving skills
- High levels of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail
- Full UK driving licence would be advantageous
- Membership of RICS, APM, CIOB or ICE would be beneficial, although professional-development support is available
