Job Overview
As Site Manager for KECO Energy, you will oversee the successful delivery of domestic retrofit and decarbonisation projects under PAS 2030/2035. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of site operations from mobilisation through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Working closely with clients, Retrofit Coordinators, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, you will ensure seamless project execution while maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations, ensuring works are completed in accordance with project programmes, PAS 2030/2035 requirements, and all relevant health and safety legislation.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, Retrofit Coordinators, Retrofit Assessors, and internal departments to ensure efficient project delivery.
- Manage site resources, including labour, materials, plant, and equipment, to maximise productivity and minimise programme delays.
- Monitor project progress against agreed programmes, identifying risks and implementing corrective actions to maintain delivery targets.
- Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and compliance checks to ensure installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and TrustMark requirements.
- Review technical drawings, specifications, risk assessments, and method statements to ensure works are delivered correctly and safely.
- Lead site teams through inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings, promoting a positive health and safety culture.
- Resolve technical and operational issues promptly, maintaining effective communication with clients and project stakeholders throughout project delivery.
- Prepare progress reports, quality documentation, site records, and handover information to support successful project completion.
- Ensure all retrofit measures, including insulation, ventilation, heating systems, renewable technologies, and associated building fabric improvements, are installed to the required standards.
Experience
- You will have proven experience managing domestic retrofit and energy efficiency projects under PAS 2030/2035.
- You will demonstrate strong leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and site teams simultaneously.
- You will possess a comprehensive understanding of construction methods, building regulations, CDM Regulations, and health and safety legislation.
- You will have experience planning, coordinating, and delivering projects within programme and budget constraints.
- You will be confident liaising with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to achieve successful project outcomes.
- You will be proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and quality documentation.
- You will have excellent problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to risk management and programme delivery.

Pay: £45,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
