Responsibilities & Duties:
The Property All-Round Handyman will be responsible for:
- Tap repair/ replacements
- Minor plumbing and carpentry
- Toilet repairs/replacements
- Blockages
- Bath panel replacements
- Shower screen replacements
- Shower repairs/replacements
- 1st/2nd fix bathroom & Kitchen plumbing
- Rewiring, changing fuses, junction boxes
- Small decoration repairs
- Full property decoration
- Small carpentry repairs
- Curtain/blind installs
- Door handle replacements
- Repair windows or doors
- Fitting shelves
- Installing window locks
- Other small repairs.
Hours:
Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm. Weekend hours optional
Essential Requirements:
- Previous handyman experience.
- Ability to work on your own initiative
· Deliver good customer service
· Reliable & flexible
Job role starts immediately.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £800.00-£850.00 per week
