Warehouse Operative

We are seeking a Warehouse operative to join our team. This is a fast-paced role that involves a variety of tasks, including handling goods in and out, as well as loading and unloading vehicles. You will use handheld technology to carry out picking and packing processes in line with specific customer requirements. This role also requires effective communication with the team to meet targets and ensure efficient operations.

Essential Skills
- Counter balance License
- Reach Truck License
Desirable, but not essential skills include:
- Knowledge of manufacturing either silicone or Organic hose products.
- Experience working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Familiar with Continuous Improvement processes and 5S culture.
Starting rate: £12.71 per hour rising to a minimum of £13.37 on successful completion of probation.
