Your Role
- Support pupils 1:1 and in small groups within the SRP (Specialist Resource Provision)
- Deliver engaging intervention sessions
- Work closely with teachers to adapt learning to each child’s needs
- Help track progress and celebrate every win
We’re Looking For
- A graduate (2:2 or above)
- Someone caring, proactive, and eager to learn
- A positive role model who can inspire young learners
- Experience with SEN/SEMH is helpful, but not essential, training provided
