We are currently looking for people to join our team of warehouse operatives in Roxwell, Chelmsford. The successful candidates will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Using a variety of equipment and software.
- Picking, packing and shipping items.
- Unpacking of goods in the warehouse.
- Packing goods for distribution.
- Manual stock control.
- Sorting/packing product as it comes off of machines.
- General warehouse duties (e.g. loading and shrink wrapping pallets, unloading containers, keeping warehouse tidy etc).
*Please note - heavy lifting will be required within this role*
What requirements are we looking for?
- Will ideally have experience working within a warehouse environment.
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- A good level of literacy and numeracy.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment.
- Should be aware of health and safety within a warehouse environment.
- Must be a good time keeper who is reliable and a team player.
- Have a good attitude to their work!
- High standard of attention to detail.
Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm currently (This can vary during peak times)
Will be transitioning to rotas to include Saturday working.
(Overtime available)
Wage dependent on age and experience
