We're looking for a Stock Administrator to join our night shift team in Tamworth, where you'll play a key role in investigating stock issues, maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the smooth running of a busy warehouse operation. This if full time, permanent role and you’ll work on 3 on 3 off shift pattern covering the hours between 18:00 and 06:00.

What you'll do on a typical day:
- Investigate stock discrepancies and take corrective action to maintain customer and site SLAs
- Complete stock adjustments and resolve inventory errors
- Investigate problem pallets and non-moving stock
- Carry out PI counts and stock consolidation activities
- Produce customer and operational reports
- Conduct warehouse floor checks and liaise with operational teams to resolve stock issues
What you need to succeed at GXO:
- Previous administration, stock control or warehouse experience
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
- Excellent communication, organisation and attention to detail
- Good numeracy, planning and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Experience of Warehouse Management Systems (Red Prairie/DLX desirable, although full training will be provided)
