Salary: Up to £40,000 per year (depending on experience)
We're looking for an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing team in Colchester.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the launch and growth of our air conditioning division, which is being developed as part of our well-established group of companies. Our group already operates successfully across Building, Renewables, Gas & Plumbing, and Electrical services. The new air conditioning division is being created to expand our electrical business, and we're looking for the right person to help us build it from the ground up.
What we're looking for:
- Experienced Air Conditioning Engineer.
- F-Gas qualified (Essential)
- Installation, servicing and maintenance experience.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Self-motivated, reliable and able to work independently.
- Someone who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of growing a business.
Employment Options
We're flexible and are open to different working arrangements:
- Full-time employed position.
- Self-employed/subcontractor basis.
- For a highly experienced engineer and the ambition to grow a business, we're open to creating a new limited company together, offering an equity/shareholding opportunity for the right person.
We're looking for someone who can hit the ground running, bring experience to the business, and help us establish and grow the air conditioning division.
