Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Client Relations & Academic Services Development Executive to join our team. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, academic institutions, and industry partners to promote programme growth and collaboration.
- Identify new business opportunities within the financial services sector and develop tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end process of programme development, including planning, implementation, and evaluation of academic initiatives.
- Utilise Salesforce to track client interactions, manage pipelines, and generate reports for strategic decision-making.
- Analyse market trends and client feedback to inform programme enhancements and new offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure programme delivery aligns with organisational objectives and quality standards.
- Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and reports to communicate programme benefits and progress to stakeholders.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote services and expand professional networks.
Experience
- Proven experience in client relationship management within the financial services or education sectors.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing contacts, opportunities, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Analytical skills to interpret data trends, assess programme performance, and recommend improvements.
- Experience in developing educational programmes or academic partnerships is desirable but not essential.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
