We are now looking for an exceptional Director of Homes & Communities to join our Leadership Team and play a pivotal role in delivering that ambition.
Reporting to the Chief Customer Officer, you will provide strategic leadership for our housing management services, leading a significant portfolio that includes housing management, lettings and allocations, income collection, tenancy services, neighbourhoods, leasehold and shared ownership, housing co-operatives and managed agents. You will lead a team of senior leaders, ensuring our services are customer-focused, high-performing and fully aligned with our strategic and regulatory priorities.
About The Role
This is a highly visible executive leadership role where you will influence the future direction of one of the country s leading housing providers.
You will lead the continued evolution of our locality model, ensuring our services are responsive, accessible and centred around the needs of our customers and communities. Working closely with the Executive Team and Leadership Team, you will translate strategy into operational excellence, driving performance, strengthening governance and delivering lasting improvements across every aspect of housing management.
You will also represent GreenSquareAccord externally, building trusted relationships with local authorities, the Regulator of Social Housing, customer groups and other key partners, helping to strengthen our reputation as a housing provider that delivers high-quality services and creates positive social impact.

You will be an accomplished housing leader with a track record of delivering transformational change in a complex, customer-focused organisation.

Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the credibility to influence Boards, Executive colleagues, regulators and external partners.
