Garden Room & Annexe Installer — South West England
£600–£800 per week (self-employed/subcontract, trial to permanent)
Bespoke Garden Buildings manufactures and builds stunning garden rooms and annexes to a very high standard across the South West of England. We're looking for a reliable, experienced installer to join our team, on a self-employed basis with a view to a permanent working relationship. Immediate start.
The role
Erecting the floor, walls and roof of our garden rooms and annexes on site, working from structure through to final finish.
You'll have a labourer to assist and support you. Roughly half the work is non-local and can involve staying away Monday to Thursday — accommodation, food and travel are all covered directly by the company, plus a travelling bonus (pay is at the higher end of the range for away weeks).
Hours
8.00am–4.00pm on site
What we're looking for
- Strong carpentry/joinery skills, confident with measuring and cutting
- Experience completing projects from structure through to final finish
- Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team
- Good problem-solving ability
- Full UK driving licence
- Own hand tools required; own van desirable but not essential
- Reliable and punctual
