Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Science Tutor to join our educational team. Responsibilities
- Teach small group sessions tailored to the individual needs of students.
- Implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and learning objectives (lesson plans provided).
- Communicate effectively with students to explain concepts clearly and encourage their participation in the learning process.
- Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to ensure comprehension and retention of material.
- Collaborate with parents through termly reports to support student development.
- Maintain a positive and encouraging learning environment that fosters confidence and motivation in students.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students.
- Experience working with children is highly desirable.
- A passion for education and a commitment to helping students succeed academically.
- Ability to use lesson plans to cater to diverse learning styles.
